BATAVIA, NY… The #4 nationally ranked Genesee Community College men's basketball team pulled away in the second half to earn a 95-74 win in the NJCAA Region III Division III Elite Eight Tuesday night against the North Country Community College Saints.
Genesee took control of the game in the second half after leading by just two points at halftime.
Anthony Gray scored a team-high 16 points for Genesee, while collecting three rebounds. Jalen Willis scored 15 points and collected six rebounds. Legacy Wallace scored 12 points, dished out seven assists, and collected six rebounds. Kyle Beckford, Darius Brown, and Antwan Williams all scored double-digit points, with Williams collecting 11 rebounds to earn himself a double double.
Genesee will be hosting the NJCAA Region III Division III Final Four this Saturday, with the championship game being played on Sunday.
