In the first game, GCC's players excelled both offensively and defensively, leading to a decisive 10-0 victory. The game was effectively decided in the first inning when GCC scored 7 runs, setting the tone for the rest of the match. Despite OCC's efforts, they were unable to score, managing only 2 hits throughout the game.
Patricio Garcia and Anthony Esposito each contributed significantly, with Garcia scoring 1 run and Esposito adding another. Damian Rangel contributed 2 RBIs, while Dwayne Dabian drove in 3 runs. Pitchers Nicholas Freville, Jaxen Lehr, Shawn Kimball, Quinten Rigters, and Andrew Davis combined to limit OCC to just 5 hits and 2 runs over 7 innings.
