Men's Soccer Signs Midfielder McMillen

GCC men's soccer head coach Ken Gavin recently announced the signing of Kyle McMillen (Webster), who signed a National Letter of Intent and will join the Cougars this fall.

McMillen played midfield for the Webster Schroeder High School boys' soccer team and earned all-county honors as a captain during his senior campaign. Webster Schroeder advanced to the Class AA sectional semifinals as the No. 6 seed last fall.

A New York State Scholar Athlete and member of the Business Honor Society, McMillen will study Business at GCC with hopes of becoming a marketing manager.

Genesee won 16 games in 2016 and won its second consecutive regional title, advancing to the NJCAA National Tournament for the third time in the program's history. The Cougars held the nation's top rank for three consecutive weeks and had three players named All-American.
