Rodda Signs With Concord University

GCC men's soccer forward Brad Rodda has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue playing soccer at Concord University beginning in the fall.

Rodda, a 2014 captain and two-year starter for the Cougars, played in 31 games in his career at Genesee. The Nottinghamshire, England native scored six career goals and had three assists.

"I want to thank Coach Ken Gavin, Athletics Director Kristen Schuth and all the athletics staff for their support of me since I've been at GCC," Rodda said.

Rodda will play for head coach Steve Barrett at Concord, a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II member school in Athens, West Virginia. The Mountain Lions compete in the Mountain East Conference.

Rodda will receive an athletic and academic scholarship to attend Concord University.
